How to make an easy chicken grill recipe at home?
Below is an easy chicken grill recipe:
Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- crushed garlic (6 cloves)
- 1tsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- 1tsp salt
- crushed pepper
- 4 tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp butter
For veggies
- 1 cup carrots(boiled)
- 1 cup of beans(boiled)
- 1 cup cauliflower(boiled)
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Process
Step 1
First, take 4 chicken breasts (400 gm). Then add crushed garlic cloves, dark soy sauce, salt, crushed pepper, honey, and olive oil mixed together and marinate for 30 minutes and keep aside.
Step 2
Then heat a pan on the stove. Then spread 1 tsp of butter. Then grill all marinated chicken one by one at high temperature for 3 minutes. Now flip them over and grill the same way for 3 minutes. Now press and grill on medium flame. Now grill each side for 5 minutes. Glaze with a mixture of soy sauce and honey. Repeat the glaze on the other side. Now grill both sides for 1 minute only. Grilled chicken is ready now.
Step 3
Put 1 tsp of butter in another pan. And then boiled carrots, boiled beans, and boiled cauliflower fry together for 1 minute. add salt and pepper to taste and fry for another 1 minute. Now serve the grilled chicken with the veggies.
